Endometriosis: A diagnostic merry-go-round: A case report

Abstract: Endometriosis affects mainly menstruating women. We present a case of endometriosis complicated by a tortuous diagnostic course and intestinal obstruction in a 28 year old nulliparous woman who had three laparotomies on account of two wrong diagnosis in a resource limited setting.
